<i><span style="font-style:italic">In-State/Out-of-State Status of Enrolled Students</span></i> policy were incorporated in response to House Bill 2689, signed into law May 25, 2012, regarding dependent children of members of the military reserve on full-time
active duty. Revisions to the policy specify eligibility criteria for in-state tuition, provide for continuation of in-state status under certain conditions, provide for continuation of in-state status upon discharge, and provide a definition for “home of
record.” Revisions to the policy include adding the following language to the military personnel section of the
