have a payment method in place, i.e. payment plan, third party payments, etc. The ones that default on their payment plan may be pre-enrolled, but they are contacted ASAP after they default to resolve payment issues.

everyone through the summer semester of that year. Then we send Fall in January after the semester is over and we return from break.
