You control the ability to view the grades via SSB on the SOATERM form. Once the grades have been rolled the faculty member can’t change them via SSB, so you can go back into SOATERM and check the Final Grades box, and this will let the faculty see them on the final grades worksheet and on the summary class roster.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>I turn grading back on after all the grades have been rolled (or I’ve put in a dummy N (missing) grade).
