<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">“I understand that you need this information, but please understand that we are a college/university registrar’s office and we do not collect this information. It is incumbent on your students to take whatever
documentation you deem necessary to their instructor to obtain the signature & relevant information. It is your student’s responsibility to return it to you in a timely manner. It is part of their education of becoming adult & taking the initiative for
their activities. No, their parent cannot do this. No, we have no intention of implementing a plan to collect this information. Yes, I understand that it might mean your QB is not eligible to play this Friday. No, I do not feel guilty about this. Yes,
I can provide you with my supervisor’s number. She is the president of our institution & yes, we have already discussed this.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
