<p class="MsoNormal">We have a question concerning applicants who have been convicted of a felony. On our application we ask that they provide a written statement which is sent to the Dean of Students where he runs a background check and possibly calls the
applicant in for an interview. He would like to be step up this process so here are my questions.<o:p></o:p></p>
