<p class="MsoNormal">I know you’re thinking “ not another e-mail about registration for SACRAO” but I just wanted to clarify an issue for my Oklahoma colleagues.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The deadline for the early bird registration ($195) is tomorrow January 8<sup>th</sup> for MEMBERS. Members are defined as those individuals who are listed on your institution’s roster in the SACRAO database. Annual membership for SACRAO
is $100 for 5 members and $20 for each additional member. So, if your institution did not list you on the roster, you are considered a “non-member” and would pay the early bird registration of $210.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A way around this dilemma is to talk to the “primary” SACRAO member at your institution and request them to review the roster in the SACRAO database. If the roster has members who definitely will not be attending the SACRAO conference,
that name(s) could be removed and your name added. This would then qualify you for the rate of $195. I already know of a couple of schools in Oklahoma that have done this. (The primary member can then readjust the roster when dues are renewed again in July
2016).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Keep in mind the deadline for early bird registration is tomorrow which is also when the payment is due to receive the early bird rate. If you are mailing a check to David Fulmer at ORU for your registration, be sure that it is postmarked
the 8<sup>th</sup> of January to guarantee the $195 rate.<o:p></o:p></p>
