member asking some questions concerning Honorary Organizations noted on our transcript. I have historically not marked anything on our transcript outside of a small note at the bottom of our transcript in association with Phi Theta Kappa participation.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif;color:#2E74B5">I primarily did that as PTK were taking liberties in placing stamps and other items on the transcript which I thought was too much and was not in conjunction with
AACRAO’s view of what should be on an official transcript. A few years back I agreed to avoid large stamps or notations being placed on our document by placing a small notation of participation at the bottom of our document. The person I worked with indicated
this would not open the doors for all organizations to want a notation. But, here we are with that question being asked.
