<p class="MsoNormal">I hope this first day of the school week finds you rested and energized and ready for a great week ahead. I have a question that I’m hoping you all will answer for me.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Does any of your colleges/universities require any type of a Conduct Clearance Form from transfer students who are transferring to your college/university? Specifically, I’m talking about a non-academic report of the student’s conduct at
their previous school, signed by the Dean of Student’s Office, disclosing whether or not the student was suspended, expelled or any other non-academic violation. The form may include the reason for suspension and possibly a question asking if they were eligible
to return to your institution. Of course this does require that the student sign off on the form giving permission to disclose this information. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We’ve noticed that some out-of-state schools are requiring this form be filled out before a student can be admitted to their school, so we’re just wanting to know if any of our state schools are requiring anything similar as well.<o:p></o:p></p>
