I have a question that I’m hoping you all will answer for me.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Does any of your colleges/universities require any type of a Conduct Clearance Form from transfer students who are transferring to your college/university? Specifically, I’m talking about a non-academic report of the student’s conduct at their previous school, signed by the Dean of Student’s Office, disclosing whether or not the student was suspended, expelled or any other non-academic violation. The form may include the reason for suspension and possibly a question asking if they were eligible to return to your institution.
