from the Dept of Ed is that FERPA is considered “a standard of what you can/cannot do with confidential information, but the institution can choose to be more restrictive and protective of student’s confidential information”. The trainer also went on to add
that it all depends upon what the institution has in its information release policies and procedures.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

so I was wondering if some of you could provide your school’s policy on this sort of request, or guidance about the Oklahoma freedom of information/public records guidelines, or just point me in the right direction for doing my own research?
