<p class="MsoNormal">Do any of you notate academic dishonesty on your transcripts? Our Academic Integrity Committee reviewed an academic dishonesty case and part of their decision was to have a statement of the offense placed on the student’s transcript.
I can’t find anything in OSRHE policy that covers this topic.<o:p></o:p></p>
