voluntold</s> encouraged to assume a role. However, what made the experience worthwhile and certainly calmed my nerves about it is the same thing that makes our organization strong—supportive colleagues who assisted and guided me along the way. I also recommend
to reach out to the current <a href="http://www.oacrao.org/about/executive-committee/">
Executive Committee</a> to get feedback on their own experiences as well as others who served in the past. ANY of us would be happy to share their thoughts and experiences as well as answer any questions you have.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve attached a form for you to use, and if you’re only submitting one or two names—that’s fine! If you have nominations for each and every position—even better! Feel free to nominate yourself, of course. You may use the form or send
