<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small">Hello, everyone!</div><div><br></div><div><div style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small" class="gmail_default">I hope you all had a wonderful and restful winter break before coming back to the madness of kicking off the spring semester.</div></div><div><div style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small" class="gmail_default"> <br></div><div style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small" class="gmail_default">NSU uses Parchment for electronic and print and mail transcripts.  We occasionally want to approve an exception in extenuating circumstances to allow a single transcript to be sent to a specific recipient.  If we release the hold, even for a short period of time, there is nothing to prevent the student from requesting multiple transcripts or from having a transcript sent to an unapproved recipient.  Currently, we would have to print and mail the transcript or create a walk-up order to control this but we'd like to avoid that if possible.
