<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">That question is a bit complicated for us since in the past we have been publishing in May but producing our PDF in October so I have been allowing updates to the current
catalog until we produce the PDF. Now we have the ability to produce the PDF on demand so my plan is to start producing a PDF right after publication in May but then update it along with the catalog. My preference would be to stop updates to the current catalog
by December since we advance the catalog for the next academic year in January. Most changes after December can be made to the next catalog. I would only make an exception for programs that were made effective in the Spring.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
