<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">At their February 9 meeting, the State Regents approved an updated official seal. The updated seal is very similar to the previous one; it removes an erroneous hyphenation
in the OSRHE Latin motto and modernizes typeface and other elements. You will find the new seal attached in a PNG format as well as an EPS format. If you require a different file type, please let me know. You will also find attached, for your information,
a PDF showing the differences between the old and new seals.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<i>Granting of Degrees </i>policy requires all diplomas for graduates of State System institutions to include the OSRHE seal. If using the new seal on your spring and/or summer diplomas will present a challenge for your institution,
