Can anyone share what or if their institution plans to change their 2<sup>nd</sup> suspension policy based on this update from the Regents? UCO is just beginning the conversation, so I am just gathering information right now. </div>

Last week at OACARO, someone asked me about 2<sup>nd</sup> suspension no longer being in policy. After some checking, I did find that it was removed from policy to allow institutions to develop their own guidance. </div>

3.9.6.D now states "Students who are academically suspended by an institution will not be allowed to reenter the suspending institution for at least one regular semester except as noted above. Institutions Presidents or their designee may grant an exception
to this policy in accordance with institutionally developed policies and procedures to guide the readmission of suspended students."</div>
