an offer of admission, they will remain out of state through graduation unless they marry an OK resident. We adhere to Policy 3.18(F) and will reclassify students who petition based on marriage to an existing OK resident</span><span style="color:black">.

circumstance. This appears to conflict with 70 O.S. §3218.2 and Regents Policy 3.18(F), which provides that an out-of-state student who marries an Oklahoma resident may be considered in-state after documentation of marriage and domicile, without the 12-month
waiting period.</span></p>
