I am starting with this group first regarding our question. As you are aware, current Oklahoma State Statute allows undocumented students to be eligible for
<b>enrollment</b> and out-of-state tuition waivers providing they meet the guidelines in policy. </div>

Due to the motion filed by AG Drummond ending this practice, we are in the process of updating the policy. Our legal council is considering just eliminating 3.18.6 in its entirety. However, as I noted in bold above, by doing so, it seems that this would also
prohibit our institutions from even enrolling undocumented students - regardless of student status.</div>
