<span style="mso-ligatures:none">Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Spring Policy Workshop. Dr. Beauchamp has shared the definitions section of the
<b>Academic Affairs Procedure Guide</b> and asked that it be distributed to the OACRAO membership.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;line-height:15.0pt">
<span style="mso-ligatures:none">There were also questions regarding how members can stay informed and become involved with OACRAO without serving on the Executive Committee. One of the primary ways we share information is through the
<b>OACRAO listserv</b>, so please encourage your staff to sign up if they are not already subscribed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
