<p class="xxmsonormal">I have been at OCU for 30 years, and historically our conferral date matched the commencement ceremony date. When we stopped holding separate summer and fall commencement ceremonies, we began using the last day of classes as the conferral
date for those terms.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="xxmsonormal">For some reason, I'm now questioning whether that's the best approach.<o:p></o:p></p>
