<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">For NSU, we use the day after the term ends for Fall and Spring. For summer conferral, we use the last day of classes. I am not sure the rationale behind those dates if there is any, but that's
how it was established when I came in 3 years ago. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
