[Oasfaa] FA Coord. for NCAA Compliance position available in Pittsburg, KS

Pittsburg  State University is currently seeking applicants for a full-time 
Financial  Assistance Coordinator for NCAA Compliance & Title IV Eligibility.  
The  successful candidate will oversee the coordination of the athletic award 
program  to ensure compliance with both federal and NCAA guidelines.  
Additional  responsibilities will include:  evaluating need analysis; performing 
income  verification; counseling students and parents in the financial assistance  
process; and other activities and tasks as assigned.  This position will  
report to the Director or Student Financial Assistance.  

The  Financial Assistance Coordinator must have a strong commitment to 
student  service, the ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills 
and  oral/written communication skills, highly skilled in detail-oriented 
work  including computer technology and a commitment to a team environment.   

Required Qualifications:  A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one  year of 
professional level experience in student financial assistance  administration 
or related area.

Desired Qualifications: Experience  working with NCAA Compliance Software.
