Subject:  SWASFAA Nominations 

Message: 
The SWASFAA Nominations and Elections Committee is seeking 
nominations for the following positions for the 2008 year: 
President-Elect, Secretary, and Delegates-at-Large from 
Oklahoma and Texas.  Candidates must be employees of  
member institutions of SWASFAA, possess strong leadership 
abilities, and have a commitment to the growth of SWASFAA.  

Nominations may be submitted on line by logging on to the 
SWASFAA web site at www.swasfaa.org.  Click 'Officer 
Nominations Now Being Accepted' on the left side and this 
will bring up the form.  Nominations should be submitted by 
June 11, 2007.  You may nominate individuals for any of the 
positions available, and you can use the same form for all 
four positions instead of submitting a separate form for 
each person you wish to nominate, if nominating more than 
one individual.  Before submitting the indivudual's name, 
please ensure that you have received the person's 
willingness to seek office.  If you are interested in 
running for office yourself, it is appropriate to let a 
colleague know of your interest or to nominate yourself.
