Hello,

I've been trying to help a student who is transferring to Heritage College
in OKC.  The staff there are telling her she needs a "withdrawal calculation
worksheet".  I didn't know what they were talking about and she asked me to
call and talk to them.  I tried to assure them that NSLDS was accurate on
this student and we no longer do paper financial aid transcripts.  They are
not satisfied.  Has anyone else dealt with them????  Am I missing something
here??????
