[Oasfaa] Conference follow-up

*	If anyone is in need of handouts from last week's conference,
please let Alicia Smith, Alicia.Smith at metrotech.org or Mendy Schmerer,
Mendy-Schmerer at ouhsc.edu, know and we should be able to get them to you.


 

*	There was at least one request to sign up for the OASFAA list
serve.  Please forward this to any of your colleagues who are in need of
signing up for the electronic mailing list.  They can go to
http://oasfaa.ou.edu/oasfaa_l.cfm and find the instructions there. 

 

*	There was some concern about the productivity of the sector
meetings.  That time is meant to be used as an open forum to discuss any
and all issues that concern your particular type of school.  These are
very much a participant-driven sessions, so for the Spring conference,
come prepared with topics you would like to see addressed.  If you do
not feel comfortable speaking to the group, feel free to meet with the
moderator of that particular session beforehand so they can present the
issue to the attendees. 

 

*	Also, if you did not have the chance to complete a conference
evaluation and would like to suggest session topics for future
conferences, please contact any of the members of the Program Committee.
The Program Committee is already thinking about April's conference, so
we would love to hear your suggestions.  Your Program Committee members
