Director of Financial Aid
Responsibilities include:
*	Direct and manage all aspects of the financial aid office
consistent with federal, state, and institutional guidelines 
*	Provide leadership to promote and maintain integrity, accuracy,
and timeliness in the delivery of financial aid to students 
*	Supervise and provide guidance on financial aid decisions with
staff 
*	Ensure university compliance with federal and state regulations,
and recommend and implement appropriate updates in university policies 
*	Attend conferences and trainings to stay abreast of new and
changing state and federal regulations 
Education and Experience:
*	Master's degree preferred, bachelor's required 
*	Minimum of three years progressive experience administering
federal and state financial aid programs of a size and complexity
similar to East Central University
