[Oasfaa] Marcia Carter

I just wanted to let everyone know what's going on with Marcia at this
time.  She has an embolism in her lung and she is being transported to
the Oklahoma Heart Hospital.  Please keep Marcia in your prayers.  I'll
keep everyone posted.
