Attached is a press release from the Oklahoma Lender Advisory Council
(OLAC) that addresses the impact of the current credit market conditions
on federal student loan availability.   As indicated in the release,
students and parents in Oklahoma can rest assured that funding for
federal student loans will be available this fall.  

The release is being distributed to daily and weekly newspapers
