1.         A Cover Letter

2.         A Resume

3.         A Completed NEO Application Form 

4.         Copies of Transcripts (copies of transcripts will be accepted
with your application. Original transcripts are required once the applicant
is hired. No information will be forwarded to the interviewer (individual or
committee) without ALL the above listed documents on file.)

5.         Three (3) references including addresses & telephone numbers.
