FINANCIAL AID COUNSELOR


Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for the daily certification and processing of all Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford Loans, Federal Direct PLUS Loans, and Alternative Loan requests.

Qualifications:


 *   Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Area.


 *   Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office productivity software.


 *   This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a high degree of versatility.


 *   Preferred but not required 1 year financial experience including customer service.


 *   Preferred but not required 2 years experience and familiarity with federal and state financial aid regulations.
