Good Afternoon,

With registration for the 2012 SWASFAA Conference opening soon, now is a
great time to make sure your schools membership record is up to date. Later
this fall, SWASFAA will hold annual elections for a number of offices.
Youll want to make sure that your institutions Voting Member information
is accurate. This is the only way to ensure that all Voting Members will
receive the correct information about how and when to vote.

Take a look at the SWASFAA website where you can check your membership
status: From the SWASFAA homepage, click on Member Services, and then click
on Check Your Membership Status.

If youve changed schools or institutions you can update your update your
member profile: From the SWASFAA homepage, click on Member Services, and
then click on Update Your Member Profile.

If you are the Primary Contact for your institution you can add and remove
individuals from your institutions membership: From the SWASFAA homepage,
click on Member Services, then (under Administrative Services) click on
Primary Contacts: Add or Delete Members.

If you have any questions about your institutions membership please dont
