[Oasfaa] Legislative Hearings on Bills for Monday 2/13

This coming Monday, February 13, will be the first hearings on several
bills related to possible significant changes to Oklahoma's Promise as
well as bills related to resident tuition policy.  I've highlighted the
bills below.  Copies of the meeting notices are attached and links to
the bill texts are also provided.
