[Oasfaa] Summer Pell

Now that Summer Pell Grants are going back to normal, we can't remember how to calculate a normal Summer Pell.  Our Fall and Spring semesters are 16 weeks each and we use formula one.  Summer terms can be 4 weeks or 8 weeks.  For Summer, we consider 3 hours to be half-time and 6 hours to be full-time.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
