[Oasfaa] Legislative Update - OKPromise bill reconsidered, passed

Late yesterday afternoon, the Oklahoma House of Representatives passed
HB 2679, the bill that would prorate the OKPromise award amount based on
the income of the student's parents at the time of the second income
check when the student starts college (text:

).  The bill failed on the House floor last Thursday but was
reconsidered yesterday and passed by a vote of 54 - 36.  There was no
discussion or debate about the bill during yesterday's voting.  The bill
will now go to the Senate for consideration.
