[Oasfaa] Loan Disbursement

For school are are awarded for programs offered in modules that are non-standard terms, so you disburse aid (loans specifically) at the beginning of the semester just like your traditional programs? We have semesters that involve 3 consecutive 6 week courses. In the past, I disbursed when the second course began because they were not half-time until they sat in that class, but I think I may have been teetering on doing it incorrectly. (Ok, maybe I was out of compliance and doing it totally wrong, but my motives were right.) 

Please share with me how you disburse aid for these programs.
