[Oasfaa] Academic Plan

Hello Everyone,

Can you guys give me the rundown on how your students with Academic Plans
are taken care of?  Who (or what office) monitors your students on academic
plans, makes sure the student knows what needs to happen, etc?  Do you have
one person or multiple departments?  Basically, I would like to know your
procedure from start to finish!  Thanks in advance.
