[Oasfaa] W grades??

What do you do if a transfer transcript shows courses with grades of W but no credit hours? In other words, courses that are not zero level courses, such as College Algebra, English, Government, and they have zero credits on the transcript.....and if we put them in that way on the OBU transcript, they don't calc into their attempted hours which I think they should for SAP purposes.
