Hey Everyone,

We have a husband and wife who are both students enrolled in the Fall
semester. Husband is deployed in Afghanistan and the wife has turned in a
General Military Power of Attorney and has signed all of his paperwork as
the Power of Attorney. The POA states nothing about education/financial
aid, it’s just a general POA. I have searched and searched the handbook
and couldn’t find anything about whether I could accept a POA or not
(imagine that). Does anyone have any guidance on this? Thank you in
advance.
