[Oasfaa] Institutional Aid Policy

Greetings!

If your institution has a policy on requiring or not requiring students
receiving institutional or outside aid to supply your office with their
Social Security Number, please let me know.  We have had a few students opt
to withhold their Social Security Number from the institution for religious
reasons.
