 Here's a little snippet about lavender! The flower and oils of lavender are used for, and to make or treat:

	Medicine, restlessness, insomnia, nervousness, depression, vomiting, nausea, intestinal gas (flatulence), upset stomach, migraine headaches, toothaches, sprains, nerve pain, sores, joint pain, acne, cancer, hair loss (alopecia areata)pain, repel mosquitoes and other insects. Also, In foods and beverages, lavender is used as a flavor component.
