In case you want to attend the SWASFAA Boot Camp and Conference, but thought you'd lost your opportunity because you missed the hotel registration deadline, there is good news!  We have secured an overflow hotel because demand is so high.  Please see the below email from Susan Chavez, Conference Chair, for details.

SWASFAA member registration, http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/conferences/site/registration.html, is $275, if received prior to October 29.  And remember, this is the first year that non-SWASFAA members can attend Boot Camp and the Conference.  Non-member Boot Camp registration is $375, if received prior to October 29. If you are not a SWASFAA member but would like to attend Boot Camp, please contact me at Mendy-Schmerer at ouhsc.edu, Boot Camp Chair, to be registered.

We have a great problem!

We have inspired so many of you to join us for the Conference! The Skirvin Hilton Hotel room block is currently full, but we have secured the overflow hotel in walking distance from the Skirvin Hilton.  The Sheraton Downtown Oklahoma City Hotel is available with the same hotel room rate of $139 for the duration of the conference. Please call 1-800-325-3535 and ask for the SWASFAA Room Block. The cut-off date for accepting reservations is November 1, 2016.  

We hope to unify, support, and inspire all of you to join us at the SWASFAA Conference this year! You can still register without a late fee until October 28, 2016. We look forward to seeing you soon in Oklahoma City!
