He said that some schools will reimburse the employee at the time of the charge with a travel reimbursement." This hasn't been communicated to schools before and we are waiting on some documentation from the state and then our Business office plans to allow for the reimbursement of that first nights deposit after we get all of our procedures in place. Our business is very open to changing our policy as long as they have documentation to show it is allowed. I'm glad I had such good input from you all.
