[Oasfaa] Travel Policy

I have learned from our Business office that according to someone at the
state office.,,
" it is no where in the Accounting Manual, but they allow this up front
charge to be charged to the state P-card (we don't use the state p-card at
WOSC).  He said that some schools will reimburse the employee at the time
of the charge with a travel reimbursement."

This hasn't been communicated to schools before and we are waiting on some
documentation from the state and then our Business office plans to allow
for the reimbursement of that first nights deposit after we get all of our
procedures in place.  Our business is very open to changing our policy as
long as they have documentation to show it is allowed.  I'm glad I had such
good input from you all.

Hopefully the overflow hotels are not full by that time.  LOL
