I think so.  How else would we know for sure without having them go through the FAFSA process?  I didn't see this coming as all indications up to this point was that the funds were not Title IV and all students were eligible.  What a difference a day can make.

That's weird when I watched the webinar they didn't say they had to be and now they are saying they do have to be.  So with that being said if a student didn't complete a 19-20 FAFSA then they wont get any of the funds correct?

I was able to get in and it was mainly regarding the institutional portion, very limited information.  However, they did say on the student portion the student must be Title IV eligible.  They said most of this would be in the FAQ on their COVID-19 website.  Anyone else get more than I did?
