[Oasfaa] looking for resources

I haven't had the opportunity to engage their services yet, but NASFAA's Blue Icon Advisors might be an avenue to pursue. I know the consultants they retain are vetted in terms of particular strengths and abilities and the consultant is then matched with the project the institution is looking to work on.

I do have a consultant I used while I was at Colorado State University.  She focused on internal processes, customer service and the overall package.  I'm not sure her technical skills are that great but overall she did help us.  I can share her contact info if anyone would like it.  I'm looking for more internal processes focused on banner.  I have an excellent team that wasn't really ever given the tools they need to be successful in regards to banner. A majority of my knowledge is with PowerFAIDS so I'd also like some updates on banner as it's been several years since I've worked within that system.  Any info is appreciated.
