The NASFAA Leadership Conference is scheduled for February 14-16, 2022. I am on the Succession Planning Pathway Committee and am looking for potential panelists to discuss retaining talented employees. The description of the session is below. Please let me know if you are already planning attending the conference and would be interested in serving on the panel.


A critical area financial aid offices are facing today is hiring and retaining new talent. Individuals enter the workforce eager to make their mark and commit themselves to their work. The panel discussion will discuss strategies for hiring and retaining talent, creating a culture of training, professional development and overcoming challenges associated with succession planning.

Objectives:

     *   Create an environment for people to thrive
