[Oasfaa] 1098-T Set Up

[Justin Streater]

While in Higher Ed I was the same as Mendy as in the Bursar office handling
the 1098-T, we were never asked to do that.

Now here in the clock hour realm, my office handles it but we don't
actually enter in the data, we just print them and verify they are correct
and occasionally have to make corrections.
