[Oasfaa] Password

I requested a reminder for my password (I forgot the password and the reminder request was sent from the option on the "OASFAA Configuration page").  Shortly after sending the request for the reminder, this message was received.  Is this the correct procedure for obtaining a reminder of my forgotten password?
