OTAG's toll free number still is not operational.  We do now have a fax
number that is working 405.225.9577. This is one of our back up fax numbers
and is now available for those schools needing to transmit signature forms
for Eligibility Status and Confirmation Reports.   We do ask that once
operational you primarily use our main fax number 405.225.9392 for this
purpose.
