Public Service Administrator I
Title: Financial Aid Counselor
Salary Range: $15.06 to $20.19
Department: Student Financial Aid
Location: University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, KS

Position Description:
The Financial Aid Counselor manages the loan processing for the office. She/he governs the Title IV electronic transactions. The position records disbursements of aid on SARA system. The Financial Aid Counselor processes
institutional loans.  She/he works closely with the office budget.

Required Experience:
One year experience in student financial aid

Specialized Education:
Extensive knowledge of financial aid programs and software systems and experience in data transmission.

General Education:
Completion of two years of college
